Fondant, Bitter Chocolate

Ever since dark chocolate has become a new special interest/obsession of mine, my friends have done nothing but encourage my habit by sending me amazing bars from their corner of the world. Kenny and Linsey brought me d. chocolate all the way from Peru. How lucky am I?! Aside from my letting the bar melt during our photo shoot, it was spiced perfection and an immediate throw back to my memories of some of my favorite hot chocolate–the thick, pudding kind from Spain or the Ibarra brand from Mexico. Thank you for thinking of me, guys!
